4- Psyllium husk(sabit ispaghol



What you have to do is to finely crush items excluding psyllium husk.

How to take it

You have to take it according to your age.for example for a girl of 12-14 years age you just have to have a small pinch of all four of these in the morning and evening on an empty stomach and then have your meal after an hour.

And in this way you can adjust the amount according to your age,remember not to increase the amount too much.

1- Quince jam

Take few dry apricots and soak them in 2-3 glass of warm water.Do not strain it.Let it sit for about an hour or two and drink this water sip by sip throughout the day.
